It comes in table form, and has three columns: one displaying various body heights, another showing the body weights, and the third one showing the ideal weight for each height. To use this, simply browse until you find your height; you will be able to see what should be your ideal weight. Simply subtract your ideal weight from your current body weight and now you know how many pounds you gotta lose in order to be slim!
